国际法律翻译研究的现状、前沿与发展态势

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着数据时代的到来以及国家间交往的日益频繁,法律翻译研究的范畴和意义不断拓展,要求我国法律翻译研究具有更广的国际视野和更高的战略格局,以满足我国法治传播和社会发展的需要。本研究基于Web of Science数据,借助CiteSpace对1998年以来国际法律翻译研究进行全面综述。研究结果表明,国际法律翻译研究整体发展态势良好,交叉学科特性日益显著,并呈现出明显的阶段性特征,但在学术合作、研究视角和方法等方面仍有改进空间。研究认为,法律翻译未来将受多学科的影响,进一步强化交叉学科趋势,并在研究范式、技术应用和人才培养等领域取得突破。研究结论可为国内外法律翻译研究提供有益参考,助力我国未来法律翻译研究的发展与创新,推动该学科的持续深化与实践应用。
