国家军事翻译能力探析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： “军事翻译”与“国防翻译”等相关概念在含义上有明显区别,国家军事翻译能力有明显的独特性:国家军事翻译管理能力包括管理机构的设置情况,国家军事翻译实践能力通常不包括手语传译,国家军事翻译传播能力通常不包括国内语言互译产品的影响力。通过梳理主要国家军事翻译能力的概况可以发现,尽管不同国家的国家军事翻译能力构成大体相同,但各子能力的实现形式和路径却有着明显的差异,各国的国家翻译能力客观上也有强有弱。随着翻译人工智能迅速发展,国际军事交流不断变化,各国的军事翻译能力建设都将受到空前重视。
